Helen Grant is an experienced, enthusiastic and inspirational wellbeing trainer.
She has an Honours degree from Goldsmiths College, University of London and a Masters from Sussex University. She is also a qualified teacher.
She had many years’ experience working in the field of mental health as a Social worker both in the statutory and voluntary sector and then as a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist.
For the last five years she has worked as a wellbeing practitioner in community learning and business settings.
Helen is experienced in a number of therapeutic approaches including Mindfulness based stress reduction and NLP.
She is passionately committed to offering high quality wellbeing and personal development courses which incorporate evidence based cutting edge training in the field of positive psychology including resilience training, stress management, mindfulness, self-compassion and happiness training as well as assertiveness, communication skills and courses to promote social inclusion with vulnerable learners.
Her courses are tailored to help learners meet their personal goals and manage their mental health more effectively.
