YoYo is the perfect place to come for a creative morning at Art in the Park. Sessions are £5 for one child and £2 for a subsequent child. All materials and refreshments are provided.

The Grow Project

A new focus for Art in the Park, putting wellbeing in nature and the potential of our outside space at the heart of an exciting program of activities. Events, workshops and talks will take place throughout the year curated by Grow Project lead Caroline Hughes.

Community Events and Artworks

Annual community events like our Easter Picnic, Winter Wonderland Snowflake Ball and seasonal community events at Art in the Park help fundraise and reach out to the wider community surrounding Art in the Park whilst raising awareness of the valuable work we do.

Participants and volunteers from Arts on Prescription have helped create two significant murals in the last few years. The Trinity Triangle mural at Gotham Alley and the intricate mural on the North side of the Art in the Park building, referencing Alexandra Park and people's memories of this beautiful heritage park, were created alongside artists Emma Harding and Emily Johns by Arts on Prescription participants.
