During this session we will have time to chat and share some tips on strategies for coping well and maintaining well being whilst in lock down.

We will also work on a still life composition and discuss and work towards different projects through the week.

Prepare a space at home, get your pencils, paints or whatever you want to use, it could be creating a collage with old newspapers and magazines...We are aware that not everyone will have access to art materials so we will be creative in how we work.

The most important thing is not to sit all alone in your room but come and join will be fun!  No need for any previous experience of art ..its all about play and the exploration of using different materials and meeting new people which really will help mental health and wellbeing!.
